The injectors are removed from the manifold and individually tested on a flow bench. This process is performed to identify the flow capabilities of each injector. The injectors are ultra sonically cleaned, back flushed and then reflowed to ensure that each individual injector is flowing evenly.

 

In the final stage of testing a dramatic improvement will be noticed in the flow and spray patterns after the injectors are fitted with new seals, pintal caps and micro filter baskets where applicable.
